Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Alex Martin Bee collects, uses and protects personal data when you request or purchase the Higher Self Clarity Reading. It is written for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Aleksander Marcin Pszczola, trading as Alex Martin Bee, C. Mateo de Sosa, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Spain. Email: info@alexmartinbee.com.
2. What personal data is collected
- Your first name, last name and email address.
- Your written questions and, if you choose to provide it, a short amount of background for context.
- Your explicit permission, expectation and consent records, including the exact wording of each box you accepted.
- Your unique reading reference and payment confirmation.
- Handwritten automatic-writing notes and preparation records made for your order, and photographs or scans of those handwritten pages.
Please do not include private information about another person. The form may contain information concerning health, spiritual or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive information only when you voluntarily provide it and give explicit consent.
Card details are processed by Stripe. They are not stored on this website and are not visible to Alex Martin Bee.
3. Why the data is collected
- To receive and save your intake answers.
- To prepare and deliver your personalised reading through the individual trance-based automatic-writing process.
- To match your saved intake to your payment using the reading reference.
- To contact you about the reading and refunds.
- To keep an accurate preparation record (including handwritten notes) that demonstrates the work performed for your order.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Your data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used for unrelated marketing.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — to provide the reading you request.
- Compliance with legal obligations — for tax and accounting records.
- Explicit consent — for sensitive information you voluntarily include, including health information or spiritual and philosophical beliefs. The intake form requests this consent before submission.
5. How long data is kept
- Intake submissions: Basin is configured to retain them for 730 days (approximately 24 months), after which its configured retention process deletes them. Earlier deletion may be requested at any time.
- Reading records and correspondence: up to 24 months after delivery, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This includes handwritten automatic-writing notes and preparation records, which are kept separate for each client and are not published.
- Payment and tax records: for the period required by applicable Spanish tax and accounting law, which may be up to six years.
Submissions marked as spam are handled under Basin's spam-prevention rules. This form's contribution of corrected submissions to SpamCheck.ai training is disabled. Basin's ordinary automated spam analysis remains active for abuse prevention.
6. Providers, processors and storage
The following providers are used for this service:
- Website hosting: Zenbox.pl, Poland — hosts the website.
- Intake form processor: Moonshot Ventures Inc. (Basin), Canada — receives and stores the intake submission at
https://usebasin.com/f/5231eca67d4e. The form is configured for 730-day retention and not to save IP address, location or browser fields with the intake submission, and no contribution to SpamCheck.ai training. Basin and its security providers may process limited technical information temporarily for security and spam prevention. - Basin service vendors: Basin publicly lists Amazon Web Services (S3/Lambda, USA), Postmark (transactional email, USA), DigitalOcean (hosting/database, Canada), Cloudflare (DNS/WAF/SSL, USA), Cloud 66 (DevOps, USA), and CleanTalk (spam processing, EU). CAPTCHA vendors and integrations are used only if enabled; this form does not enable Basin's Lead Agent, Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Turnstile, Google Sheets or Slack integrations.
- Payment processor: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland, where applicable to the EEA Stripe account — processes payment and payment-related data. Stripe may use its affiliates and listed sub-processors.
- Email: Alex Martin Bee's business email service — used for direct correspondence. Basin's notification and GDPR confirmation email features remain disabled pending Basin account verification; rights requests can be made directly to info@alexmartinbee.com.
7. International transfers
Some listed providers operate in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Stripe states that its DPA uses applicable transfer mechanisms including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where available and the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with its Data Transfers Addendum.
Basin's signed Data Processing Agreement with Moonshot Ventures Inc. is retained for this service. Section 11 states that transfers outside the EU and/or European Economic Area require the Company's prior written consent and that, for transfers from the EEA to a third country, the parties must ensure adequate protection and, unless otherwise agreed, rely on EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. The DPA does not itself enumerate each current subprocessor or processing region; the provider list above is based on Basin's public service-vendor information and may change. This Notice will be updated when Basin provides a current subprocessor or transfer schedule.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To exercise a right, email info@alexmartinbee.com and include your reading reference if available. You may also complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.
9. Security
The website sends intake data over HTTPS. The intake form uses a hidden honeypot, explicit consent checks, a unique reading reference, and a save-before-payment gate. No intake answers are stored in browser localStorage or tracking cookies. Handwritten notes and preparation records are kept separate for each client and are not published.
10. Cookies and analytics
The Higher Self Clarity Reading intake and sales pages do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The parent site may use anonymised Google Analytics under Google's own privacy policy.
11. Changes and contact
This Notice may be updated when the service, providers or safeguards change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
For questions about this Notice or your personal data, contact info@alexmartinbee.com.
