How the reading comes to you

  1. Submit your questions. After your request is confirmed, you will receive a short intake form. You share up to three related questions and a brief description of the situation.
  2. Receive the reading. Within three business days, your personalised PDF arrives by email. It contains an opening message, the answers to your questions, and practical next steps.
  3. Ask one clarification. If something is unclear, you may send one follow-up question within seven days. Alex will reply in writing.

How long does it take to receive my reading?

You will receive your personalised PDF within three business days after submitting your questions. If a longer time is required, Alex will let you know in advance.

Is the reading generated by AI?

No. The connection and automatic writing are conducted personally by Alex. AI is not used to create the message from your Higher Self.

What if a clear connection cannot be established?

If, for any reason, a clear and useful reading cannot be prepared, you will receive a full refund. This is stated in the Terms.

How private is this?

Your questions and reading are handled confidentially. Only Alex and you are involved. The intake form data and the PDF are stored securely and retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Is this a substitute for medical, psychological or financial advice?
