Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the Higher Self Clarity Reading offered by Alex Martin Bee. By submitting a request or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Higher Self Clarity Reading is a private written spiritual guidance service. It consists of:
- One short intake form where you share up to three related questions and a brief description of your situation.
- One personalised written reading, delivered as a PDF by email within three business days of the intake being received.
- One follow-up written clarification within seven days of delivery, if needed.
The reading is provided by Alex Martin Bee, a certified hypnotherapist with more than twenty-five years of experience in consciousness, intuition and transpersonal work. The service is offered online and is available internationally.

3. Price and payment
The price of one Higher Self Clarity Reading is €72, VAT included where applicable. The full amount is due at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; Alex Martin Bee does not store any card information.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this service. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
5. Nature of the service
The Higher Self Clarity Reading is a service for spiritual exploration and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. It is not a substitute for professional care in any of these areas. The interpretation of any reading is subjective, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.
6. Refund policy
If, for any reason, a clear and useful reading cannot be prepared, you will receive a full refund. To request a refund, contact alex@haritrans.com within fourteen days of purchase with your order reference.
Once a reading has been delivered, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply, because the personalised service has been performed with your prior express consent to begin before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.
7. Confidentiality
Your questions, intake data and the reading itself are handled confidentially. Only Alex Martin Bee is involved in preparing your reading. Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
8. Personal data
The collection and use of your personal data are described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Intellectual property
The reading is prepared for you personally. You may keep and use it for your own reflection. You may not republish, resell or redistribute it. The brand, name, design and written materials on this site are the property of Alex Martin Bee.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided in good faith. Alex Martin Bee is not liable for any decision you make in response to the reading. You remain responsible for your own choices and for seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version came into force. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
