This Privacy Notice explains how Alex Martin Bee collects, uses and protects your personal data when you request or purchase the Higher Self Clarity Reading. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you request or purchase the Higher Self Clarity Reading, the following personal data is collected:
- Your name and email address (from the purchase and intake forms).
- Your written questions and the short description of your situation (provided in the intake form).
- Optional information you choose to share, such as a recent photograph.
- Payment confirmation from the payment provider. Card details are not stored on this website and are not visible to Alex Martin Bee.
3. Why the data is collected and how it is used
Your data is used for the following purposes only:
- To contact you about your reading.
- To prepare your personalised reading.
- To send your reading and any agreed clarification by email.
- To respond to your questions and refund requests.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Your data is not used for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. It is not sold, shared or rented to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the reading you have requested.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) — to keep tax and accounting records.
- Explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) — for any sensitive personal data you voluntarily include, such as information about your health, beliefs or personal life. The intake form asks for your explicit consent before submission.
5. How long the data is kept
Your data is kept only for as long as needed:
- Intake form and reading: kept for up to twenty-four months after delivery, to allow you to request clarifications and for record-keeping. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
- Payment confirmation: kept for six years as required by Spanish tax law.
- Email correspondence: kept for up to twenty-four months.
6. Where the data is stored
Your data is stored with the following providers, each of which has been selected for adequate security and, where applicable, GDPR compliance:
- Web hosting: Zenbox.pl (Poland) — hosts this website, served from
https://alexmartinbee.com/. - Payment provider: Stripe (when active) — processes the payment and returns only the confirmation to this site.
- Intake form: a form service to be added — the link will appear in the launch notification email.
- Email delivery: Alex Martin Bee's business email (alex@haritrans.com), hosted with the business email provider.
Files containing your reading are stored locally in an encrypted form.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, where the legal basis no longer applies.
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
- Request portability of your data in a common machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on the reading sales page. The parent site (alexmartinbee.com) uses Google Analytics in anonymised form, governed by Google's privacy policy.

This Privacy Notice may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version came into force.
