Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the Higher Self Clarity Reading offered by Alex Martin Bee. These Terms apply when you submit the intake form, accept these Terms and complete payment. No work begins until payment has been successfully confirmed. By submitting the intake form and completing payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Higher Self Clarity Reading is a private written spiritual guidance service created through individual trance-based automatic writing. It consists of:
- One short intake form where you share up to three clear questions and, optionally, a short amount of background for context.
- One personalised written reading, created by Alex through an individual trance-based automatic-writing process focused on your name and submitted questions, delivered as a PDF by email within three business days after your saved intake form and successful payment.
How the reading is created. Alex focuses specifically on you and your submitted questions, enters a trance state, and uses automatic writing. The message is written as it comes through from your Higher Self. Alex does not consciously construct, expand or direct the answers, and does not add personal details afterward to make the message appear more specific.
What “personalised” means. Personalised means that the trance and automatic-writing process is performed specifically for you, while focused on your name and submitted questions. It does not guarantee that the message will mention facts from your biography, refer to every detail you submitted, reveal unknown information, make predictions, or contain language that could only apply to you. The message may be detailed, simple, symbolic, familiar, unexpected, practical, spiritual, or focused mainly on inner change. Some guidance may express universal principles such as self-trust, stillness, letting go, self-love, awareness, or following intuition. A message can be intended for you even when the principle itself is universal.
The PDF is the complete reading, and follow-up questions are not included. If the PDF has a technical problem or accidentally omits one of the questions you submitted, Alex Martin Bee will correct this without additional charge. Any other follow-up questions require a new reading.
The reading is provided by Alex Martin Bee, a certified hypnotherapist with more than twenty-five years of experience in consciousness, intuition and transpersonal work. The service is offered online and is available internationally.

3. Price and payment
The price of one Higher Self Clarity Reading is €72 total. All applicable indirect taxes are included. The full amount is due after the intake form has been saved and before work begins. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; Alex Martin Bee does not store any card information.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this service. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
5. Nature of the service
The Higher Self Clarity Reading is a service for spiritual exploration and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. It is not a substitute for professional care in any of these areas. The interpretation of any reading is subjective, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed. In particular:
- The service is not a guarantee of a specific prediction, outcome, emotional reaction, or level of detail.
- The service does not guarantee that the message will refer to facts from your biography or reveal information unknown to you.
- The service does not guarantee that the message will decide between your options or return the answer you hoped to receive.
- You are purchasing Alex's time and an individual trance-based automatic-writing process in response to your questions.
6. Refund and withdrawal policy
Statutory right of withdrawal. Under applicable consumer law, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online service contract. You may exercise that right before the service has been fully performed. If you expressly request that preparation begin during that period, and Alex fully completes and delivers the reading, your withdrawal right ends at delivery, subject to mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Express request to begin early. The intake form asks you to expressly request that preparation begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If you make this express request and later withdraw after work has already been performed, you may owe a proportionate amount for the work completed up to that point. Once the service has been fully performed (the reading has been delivered), you lose the right of withdrawal, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Completion and refund. If Alex is unable to carry out the individual trance-based automatic-writing process, or is unable to complete and deliver the reading, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded. A client's disappointment, disagreement, lack of resonance, belief that the message is too simple or universal, or absence of a desired prediction does not by itself mean that the service was not performed. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Separate commitment. The refund policy above does not replace your statutory rights under applicable consumer law — it is an additional commitment.
7. Confidentiality
Your questions, intake data and the reading itself are handled confidentially. Only Alex reads your answers and personally prepares the reading. Trusted service providers process the intake form, payment and email delivery as described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Personal data
The collection and use of your personal data are described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Intellectual property
The reading is prepared for you personally. You may keep it, use it for your own reflection, and share it privately with a trusted adviser, therapist, family member, or friend. You may not publicly republish, sell, or commercially distribute it. The brand, name, design and written materials on this site are the property of Alex Martin Bee.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided in good faith. Alex Martin Bee is not liable for any decision you make in response to the reading. You remain responsible for your own choices and for seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version came into force. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your purchase. For purchases made after a newer version is published, the newer version will apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
